What is Finsi?
Product guide · Updated
Finsi is a platform for AI agents working on e-commerce. It brings your company data and metric definitions together, limits each agent’s access, and records approved actions. Bring your own agents or start with the Finsi Agent Library, while your team keeps the final say.
Who is Finsi for?
Finsi is for founders, CEOs, CFOs and teams at e-commerce brands. It gives agents the reporting, reconciliation and first-draft work so the people you already have can spend more time deciding what to do.
Can I bring my own AI agent?
You can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Grok and other agents over MCP or API, or use agents from the Finsi Agent Library. They work from shared metric definitions and the access your team grants.
Can agents change my store without approval?
Agents propose changes for your team to approve. Approved changes run through Finsi with a record. Finsi does not change ad spend unattended.
How do public website tools differ from my Finsi connection?
Public website tools do not give an agent access to your store. The public information tools return product information and customer-story references. Connecting to private brand data in Finsi OS is a separate, authenticated connection.
Read about the authenticated Finsi MCP connection and how it differs from the public site.
Where can I check the product and customer evidence?
- How Finsi works: shared data, agents and your team.
- Security: access and data handling.
- Customer stories: the published examples and their context.
